Blaster

Blaster is a term generally used for a foam projectile firing device. The word "blaster" is used to avoid confusion with actual firearms, as well as to help dispel ideas that violence is associated with Nerfing. The term likely originated from the method in which most projectiles are launched: with a "blast" of air.
