Stefan Mohr is a now inactive Nerfer and member of the NIC whose contributions to the hobby and the community are legendary. The Canadian is known for inventing the now standard homemade dart design that includes foam backer rod (or FBR), weights and a hollowed rear portion of a finalized dart. The methods and the materials used are now credited to Mohr, in that all homemade darts referred to as Stefans.
